The African Digital Governance Centre (ADGC) exists to empower African governments with the digital capabilities, policy frameworks, and leadership support required for 21st-century governance.

 

Our mission is threefold:
•  To deliver transparent, inclusive, and citizen-centric governance systems using emerging technologies;
•  To safeguard digital sovereignty, ensuring African states retain ownership over their digital assets, data, and infrastructure;
•  To guide the ethical regulation of technologies like artificial intelligence, blockchain, and biometrics within African public systems.
